Black sun went down
moved in months ago
“you might be one of the few
but you are still part of
the bunch”.
Mushrooms towering
skyscrapers. The
whole city burned
and stone dissolved
without a trace left
of the monuments.
The clouds split.
Acid rain drops
The wheat
hangs their heads.
The earth sips
the radioactive soup.
I cried in the rain.
I thought
I was used to it.
Sank in asphalt.
I never thought
someone
could make me
say
things like that.
